Our responsible officer:

Amanda Clark is FDQ's responsible officer, answerable to Ofqual. In this role, Amanda must ensure that we at FDQ meet the Ofqual conditions or recognition in all areas, including: compliance to conditions; development, delivery and awarding of our qualifications; the standards of all FDQ qualifications and public confidence in FDQ qualifications. She must also ensure accessibility of our qualifications and ensure compliance with Equalities Law. Amanda is the point of contact between Ofqual and FDQ.
