End-point Assessment
The Level 3 Advanced Butcher End-point Assessment (EPA) consists of three elements:
Knowledge Test
Workplace Observation with Questioning
Interview

The Guide to EPA was created to give all parties guidance, support and a full understanding of the Level 3 Advanced Butcher Apprenticeship Standard EPA requirements.
The End-point Assessment must be completed within 12 weeks of the EPA Gateway.
