End-point Assessment
The Level 3 Food & Drink Technical Operator End-point Assessment (EPA) consists of three elements:
Multiple Choice Test
The End-point Assessment must be completed within 12 weeks of the EPA Gateway.
Observation with Questions
Interview underpinned by portfolio of evidence
