Level 3 Lead Baker - ST1349
End-point Assessment
The Level 3 Lead Baker End-point Assessment (EPA) consists of three elements:
Knowledge Test
Workplace observation with questioning
Interview underpinned by portfolio of evidence
The End-point Assessment must be completed within 12 weeks of the EPA Gateway.
