Certification
FDQ's certification process is simple, quick and easy. Find the steps below on how certification is claimed and generated with FDQ

Qualifications
EPA
Once an apprentice is successful and has completed their qualification, they are then ready for their certificate.
The training centre/provider of the apprentice will then claim their certificate on the apprentices behalf. Claims are made on FDQ's online system FDQAwards.
Our quality team will then review your claim and make sure everything has gone through accurately and correctly.
Once the certificate has been approved, it will then be printed, sent to the training centre/provider of the apprentices. A PDF version of their certificate will also be generated and uploaded to FDQAwards on the very same day!
Once an apprentice is successful and has completed their EPA, they are then ready for their result to be decided.
Our independent examiner will conclude their result of the apprentice.
The result will then be sent through to our quality team for further checking, or for potential moderation of result. This is to thoroughly ensure that the correct result was given.
Once the result has been confirmed and the statement of results has been sent to the training provider of the apprentice. We will then request a grade with the ESFA, who will generate and send out the certificate.
