Developed to support learners entering the bakery industry, this qualification provides the practical skills and knowledge required to progress into employment or further learning within the bakery sector. The qualification has been designed to support the development of future bakery talent and help meet the skills needs of employers across Northern Ireland. The qualification will form part of the Northern Ireland traineeship framework, providing learners with a recognised route into one of the UK's most important food manufacturing sectors. CLEAR Our priority is to ensure there are no surprises on the big day, for you and your apprentices. After booking an EPA with us, you can expect a pre-EPA site visit (or virtual visit ) where our EPA Managers outline the whole process in a straightforward way. So rest assured, everyone knows what to expect. SUPPORTIVE We want your apprentice to succeed. That's why we like to work with your provider ahead of gateway, providing a range of support materials including sample questions and apprentice guides, to help with preparation. FAIR Tests are aligned only to the key knowledge, skills and behaviours agreed in the standard. All of FDQ's independent examiners, managers and moderators have years of industry experience backed up by extensive training. Your apprentice are in safe hands. If they don't succeed first time we'll provide a full result notification with transcript showing possible improvements for the resit. EPA results are available within 8 weeks of the EPA taking place. FLEXIBLE As the Food & Drink Industry is a 24/7 business, so is ours. Level 4 Brewer - ST0580 End-point Assessment The Level 4 Brewer End-point Assessment (EPA) consists of three elements: Knowledge Test Practical Brewing Assessment Professional Discussion The End-point Assessment must be completed within 12 weeks of the EPA Gateway.
