Once an apprentice is successful and has completed their qualification, they are then ready for their certificate.
2. Certificate claim made by Training Centre
The training centre/provider of the apprentice will then claim their certificate on the apprentices behalf. Claims are made on FDQs online system FDQAwards.
3. Reviewed and approved by FDQ
Our quality team will then review your claim and make sure e everything has gone through accurately and correctly.
4. Certificate printed and sent
Once the certificate has been approved, it will then be printed, sent to the training centre/provider of the apprentices. A PDF version of their certificate will also be generated and uploaded to FDQAwards on the very same day!
Certificate process for End-point Assessment (EPA)
1. EPA complete
Once an apprentice is successful and has completed their EPA, they are then ready for their result to be decided.
2. Certificate claim made by Training Centre
Our independent examiner will nconclude their result of the apprentice.
3. Reviewed and approved by FDQ
The result will then be sent through to our quality team for further checking, or for potential moderation of result. This is to thoroughly ensure that the correct result was given.
4. Certificate requested
Once the result has been confirmed and the statement of results has been sent to the training provider of the apprentice. We will then request a grade with the ESFA, who will generate and send out the certificate.
