As our Operations Administrator Charlotte is the first port of call for queries of all kinds. Charlotte supports the FDQ central operations team including the End Point Assessment function. Charlotte also manages the email enquiry service and most importantly is the friendly voice on the end of the phone when our centres, employers or learners need any support.
Having previously worked in healthcare, Charlotte is an efficient administrator and accustomed to working in a busy yet highly regulated environment. She prides herself on giving everyone the same high level of service, be they a Managing Director or a school-leaver wanting to know more about apprenticeships.
